Michael has been an early adopter, and active proponent of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) talent acquisition model as well as a proud founding board member of the RPOA. Having worked with leaders across industries and borders, he brings a unique perspective to customers, helping them to hire more effectively while addressing their most pressing business challenges.
Prior to joining Accolo RPO, he consulted on all things "Recruiting" with Hire inSite, managed RPO implementations for Futurestep, led the Government Solutions division of Adecco RPO, and launched Ceridian’s Talent Acquisition Practice, ultimately leading Ceridian’s Recruitment Services and Technology Solutions globally.
